Reflection on God's Word Today: Trust and Fully Surrender to God
Readings: 2 Corinthians 12:1–10 | Psalm 34:8–13 | Matthew 6:24–34
Today, Jesus reminds us not to worry about our lives—what we will eat, drink, or wear. Worry adds nothing to us; it only weakens our faith. The same God who cares for the birds of the air and the flowers of the field surely knows and will provide for our needs. The key is to seek first His Kingdom and righteousness, and all else will be given to us.
Paul shares how God’s power is made perfect in weakness. He learns to say, “Your grace is sufficient for me,” because in his lowest moments, God works most powerfully. The psalm confirms it: “Those who fear the Lord lack nothing.”
So today, let go of every anxiety. Trust that God knows, God cares, and His grace is always enough.
Prayer:
Lord, teach me not to worry, but to trust and fully surrender to Your love and provision. Amen.
God bless us all ❤️
