TODAY’S GOD’S WORD REFLECTION: A LIFE THAT BEARS FRUIT FOR GOD
Monday, June 1, 2026
📖 Today’s Readings: 2 Peter 1:1–7 | Psalm 91:1–2, 14–16 | Mark 12:1–12
In today’s Gospel, Jesus tells the parable of the tenants in the vineyard who rejected the owner’s servants and ultimately killed his son. This parable reminds us that God has entrusted us with many gifts—our lives, time, talents, families, work, and ministries. These blessings are not meant to be used selfishly but to bear good fruit for God and for others.
The First Reading encourages us to continue growing in faith by adding virtue, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness, mutual affection, and love. Today’s Psalm assures us that those who take refuge in the Lord will never be abandoned. God promises to protect, guide, and save those who remain faithful to Him.
Today, God invites us to examine our hearts. Are our lives producing the fruits of love, faithfulness, humility, and service? May we never take God’s blessings for granted but instead offer back to Him a life that is pleasing in His sight.
Prayer: Lord, teach us to be faithful, humble, and fruitful in Your service. May our lives become a reflection of Your love and goodness to everyone around us. Amen.
May God bless us all ❤️
